Sales Policy

We Mountain Shadow Farms require a 50% deposit to hold any animal, which is non-refundable and is due with-in 5 days to hold any animal and remaining balance, shall be made at time of pick up of animal. 

Should anything happen to an animal upon which a deposit has been made, the buyer will have first choice of others for sale at or near the original selling price.

We Mountain Shadow Farms "GUARANTEE" all animals to be sound, healthy and free of disease (including CL & CAE) for 30 days after the sale date as long as it is not stress related or a problem that occurred from transportation or due to new owners fault.   A vet report and or autopsy report will be required stating the animal had a pre-existing problem which was unavoidable for a refund.   The Animal must be returned if alive at buyer expense, all testing and vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer.   If test are positive we will refund the purchase price.

We Mountain Shadow Farms also "GUARANTEE" all breeding stock to breed and conceive.
